Customer Care Service with ENGLISH

What is the work about?
• your responsibilities as Customer Care representative is answering incoming phone calls on the first line
• mostly you will be answering questions about the package U-VERSE what includes products as TV, phone and internet
• you don't need to have some special IT knowledge => if you know how to use your laptop you are just fine
• no sales activities required or included
Don’t worry! We will teach you everything!
• an advanced English speaker
• great in communication skills
• not afraid to solve a problem and have a logical thinking
• a team player who is not afraid to answer phone calls and actively help
• able to work on shifts – 8 hours per day => weekends free!!!
